Social RunWe'll explore a beautiful 18th Century landscape filled with vineyards, caves and lakes. Expect a guided walk, physiotherapy workshop, and a picnic to close the day. Meeting points: Waterloo Station (SE1 8SW) at 10:30 AM to travel together, or join us directly at Painshill Park.

Beginner Program
Perfect for those just starting their running journey. Build endurance gradually with our structured 12-week program. Includes 1 run per week, progressive distance increase, injury prevention focus, and community support.
Intermediate Program
Take your running to the next level with speed work, tempo runs, and distance challenges. Features 2 runs per week, speed and tempo training, half marathon preparation, and advanced tracking.
Advanced Program
Elite training for experienced runners preparing for marathons and competitive events. Includes 3-4 runs per week, marathon preparation, race strategy coaching, and performance analytics.
Group Training
Join our community groups for motivation, accountability, and social running experiences. Features weekly group runs, social events, pace groups, and our mentorship program.
Trail Running
Explore nature with our trail running programs focusing on technique and adventure. Learn off-road techniques, enjoy nature exploration, master hill training, and prepare for adventure races.
Recovery Program
Comprehensive recovery and injury prevention program for sustainable running. Includes injury rehabilitation, strength training, flexibility work, and professional guidance.
