    Saturdays (11am-1pm): Social Post run hangouts & Progressive distance training that builds aerobic base and mental resilience. Preparing you for longer runs and competitive events with our community.

    TRACK CLUB

    Thursdays (7pm-8pm): High-intensity interval training designed to improve speed, endurance, and cardiovascular capacity through structured tempo runs and track work at Paddington Recreational Ground, W9 1PD.

    We'll explore a beautiful 18th Century landscape filled with vineyards, caves and lakes. Expect a guided walk, physiotherapy workshop, and a picnic to close the day. Meeting points: Waterloo Station (SE1 8SW) at 10:30 AM to travel together, or join us directly at Painshill Park.
