Health & Fitness Disclaimer

• Running and group physical activities carry inherent risks of injury, accident, or property loss
• You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with these activities

• We are not responsible for services provided by third-party venues, partners, or sponsors
• You waive any claims against IMPACC for incidents arising from club activities

• Membership fees and event charges are clearly displayed before payment
• Refunds are generally not available unless an event is cancelled by IMPACC
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice provided via email or website announcement
• Payment disputes should be directed to our support team

Acceptable Use

• Use the website only for legitimate club-related purposes
• No spam, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website

Intellectual Property

The IMPACC name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission.
